- Architected and built the frontend for an AI-powered sourcing agent from the ground up using React and TypeScript, owning application architecture, state management, and Module Federation integration.
- Developed full-stack capabilities using React, FastAPI, and FastMCP, designing backend APIs and MCP tools that power AI-driven workflows for Walmart’s internal sourcing platform.
- Designed and implemented a resumable file-upload pipeline using Google Cloud Storage, FastAPI, and FastMCP, enabling product specification documents to be injected into LLM context and reducing user prompting by 60% during project creation.
- Engineered document ingestion infrastructure supporting files up to 50 MB, including chunked uploads/downloads, metadata persistence in PostgreSQL, and automated parsing for AI-assisted workflows.
- Built an Offer Summary and Offer Review workflow in React and TypeScript, enabling sourcing managers to compare supplier offers side-by-side with visual benchmarking against an anchor offer. Developed a Buy Plan cloning workflow that leverages historical project data to reduce the time required to create similar sourcing projects by 60%.
- Leading the design and implementation of agentic autocomplete, predictive responses, and default prompts to reduce the number of user interactions required to create sourcing projects by an estimated 40%.

Swim With Regan Website
Client-commissioned booking and management platform for an independent swim instructor running mobile lessons across clients' private pools. Built the full stack end to end: client roster and scheduling tools, plus a blog-style update feed the instructor can publish to directly, so availability changes reach students without manual outreach.
Court Reservation Bot
Automated Playwright bot that reserves a tennis court 8 days in advance on a daily schedule. Runs via cron on an AWS EC2 instance, authenticates to the reservation platform, books the best available 90 minute slot based on provided priority, and uploads session recordings to S3 for review.
Sol Routines
A Flutter-based mobile app backed by Microsoft Azure SQL to help users manage and analyze morning routines, built with a team of 6 engineers. Features AI-powered personalized routine walkthroughs using fine-tuned GPT-4 models, drag-and-drop UI, and actionable user analytics.
